12-Month Limited Warranty
Every LED Backpack is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Electronic Components
Coverage includes LED display components, internal electronics, charging systems and factory-installed hardware defects.
Replacement Support
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.

- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- LED display malfunction under normal use.
- Bluetooth connectivity issues caused by hardware failure.
- Charging system defects.

What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage including scratches and scuffs.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or negligence.
- Water damage caused by submersion or improper use.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by dropping, crushing or excessive force.
- Damage caused by improper charging equipment.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact our support team with your order number.
Provide photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your claim within 2–5 business days.
If approved, we'll provide repair or replacement instructions.
Warranty Conditions
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.
We reserve the right to inspect products before approving any warranty replacement or repair request.
